What is NanoG-Factoryâ„¢
NanoG–factory dedicated for high efficiency technology.

NanoG–factory is a manufacturing facility of NanoGigaSolar (NGS Ltd) which will be fully dedicated to the manufacturing of SJHT Solar Cell with 25% efficiency , a proprietary technology, that will be sold to third parties.
​
The facility is planned to be located on a 15,000 Square meter property (ramping in 2022) with initial manufacturing capacity of 1GW / year, scalable to 5 GW / year.

Facility
​
Location
NanoG–factory location is currently being evaluated, considering locations such as UK, China, US or Europe. The facility will be on a 150,000 m2 property, located closely to essential raw material suppliers as well as end customers. With 500 up to 1,000 employees that are needed to manage and operate the facility, its planned location will allow the recruitment of talented people.

Equipment
NanoG–factory will be equipped with state-of-the-art tailor made equipment in order to allow nanomaterials processing, with special smart Factory equipment, and for special cell coating and assembly technology, to allow very thin and precise coating.

Capacity
Initially the capacity of NanoG–factory will stand on 1GWh /yr. with the ability to scale-up to 10GWh/yr. NanoG–factory will be ready for mass production by 2022 and is expected to reach it max capacity by 2025.
